Emma Stone brings back Seventies in flared jeans and brown fedora trilby hat as she steps out in LA without beau Andrew Garfield
She can usually be seen on outings with her man Andrew Garfield in New York. But Emma Stone has been spending plenty of time on the opposite coast without her superhero boyfriend as of late.
The 26-year-old actress was spotted on a casual outing in Los Angeles with a gal pal on Monday afternoon. Emma stepped back into the Seventies in her casual ensemble as she rocked a pair of light blue flared jeans on the outing. She completed the look with a faded black long-sleeved top, brown fedora trilby hat and a basket-weaved tote draped over her shoulder.
The Help actress wore her signature fiery red locks down as she sported a pair of shades over her face which had natural, complimentary make-up on it. Despite her beau being nowhere to be found, Emma certainly seemed to be enjoying the sunny weather in Southern California as she sipped on an iced tea and laughed along with her female friend.
Emma and Andrew have not been pictured together since early January when they were seen on a leisurely stroll around the West Village neighbourhood of the Big Apple. The couple, who have been dating since 2011, looked very much in love as they held hands in the frigid weather while bundled up in their winter coats.
Andrew, 31, was also notably absent at the 87th Academy Awards just over a week ago as Emma was up for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role award. The Social Network star definitely missed out on a milestone in her life as it was the first time she had ever been nominated for an Oscar. Emma’s portrayal of Sam, daughter of Michael Keaton’s character Riggan, in Birdman: Or (The Unexpected Virtue Of Ignorance) earned her the distinction.
Andrew is currently busy filming Martin Scorsese-directed film, Silence, alongside the likes of Liam Neeson and Adam Driver. Emma has been pretty busy herself as she has two projects currently in post-production including Comedy-romance Aloha.
Cameron Crowe directed the movie centred around a military contractor who returns to the site of his greatest military triumphs and also re-connects with an old love. The flick boasts an all-star cast including: Bradley Cooper, Rachel McAdams, Bill Murray, John Krasinski, Jay Baruchel, Alec Baldwin, Danny McBride and Ivana Milicevic. Aloha is set for release on May 29.
